This question might be the most asked question and the answer is still, no there is no safe way to enlarge the penis. Surgery can leave you with a misshapen penis, pills just don't work and the pump while it can enlarge it while it's inside the pump and the penis is large but like a soft balloon and it quickly losses it's gain once removed and can cause rupture of blood vessels.

THERE IS NOT ONE THING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT IT IS THE SIZE IT IS AN YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT
IM ONLY 4 1/2 IN HARD SO I DO KNOW ABOUT THIS QUESTION
THING IF THEY DID SURGERY THEY HAVE TO ---CUT THE HEAD OFF----OF IT TO ADD ON TO IT YOUR NUTS IF YOU LET THEM DO THAT BUT THAT IS THE ONLY THEY CAN MAKE IT BIGGER cut the head off of it
