Yes, just wear appropriate rain gear with reflectors!!!! I have run many road races over the years in the rain!!! One of the things I did was to spray my shoes with scotchgard to waterproof them a bit. If your feet get wet they will move around inside your shoes and cause blisters, so you may want to add some dr shoals foot powder as well. I use foot powder all the time to keep my feet dry and to prevent blisters!!!

Well the rain isn't going to hurt you the only things i can suggest for you is make sure you have the right clothing on and i would suggest getting something to cover your eyes while you are running so u don't get a sweatty rain drop in your eye and wear a good pair of shoes in case the pavement gets slippery other then that i think you should be fine to jog in the rain

As long as you're not jogging in a thunderstorm I think you'll be ok. Just make sure you wear the proper reflective rain gear and a good running shoe. A good shoe on good pavement will keep your feet planted to the ground.
Good luck

It depends on the state of your health, whether or not your immune system is strong and can withstand the chillness of the rain. I would however advice you to wear a body-clinging lycra sleeved shirt and pair of bicycle tights or its equivalent when you're out jogging on such rainy days because rain water can cause skin allergies (especially acid rain) when you are bare-chested/wear sleeveless and shorts in the rain.

I have ran in the rain, I am more careful but I do it. I try not to run on asphalt. I will take the natural ground before a hard surface any day. It is actually fun. Watch for lightening, that wouldn't be too smart to do that when it is lightening.
