Say for instance a girl and guy start working out the same day and lift the same weights for 6 months, if the girl was naturally better off with the better genetics than the guy, does that mean she will get bigger muscles than the guy? Or if a guy and girl started working out the same day, the same weights and for the same amount of time, will the males testosterone cause the guy to get bigger muscles and stronger muscles, regardless whether the girl might have better genes?
