I'm not overweight by any means, I just gained 10-15lbs over the past few months, and am so frustrated with dieting. I eat pretty darn healthily, and need something that will show results quickly so that I continue to be motivated.

If you try unreasonable methods to drop weight abnormally fast, you are going to gain it all back (and then some) so be careful. If you've gained 10-15 pounds over the past few months, then I don't think what you are eating is working. If you really want to see results quickly, you're going to have to make sure your eating isn't just PRETTY healthy. That means you are really going to have to eat healthy - no processed sugars, no alcohol (maybe one or two glasses of wine per week). Lots of lean protein, and good carbs. That means whole wheat bread, brown rice, vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, chicken breast, salmon, egg whites, etc.

You will also need to do 30 minutes of cardio five days a week, and lift weights three days a week. And I don't mean those pus*y five pound weights - if you can do more than 12-15 reps, pick up a larger dumbbell.

I say do hard intense cardio at least 30-60min a day (6 days a week). Then do about 30-45min of weight training (5days a week). You should be able to drop that in no time. 6 wks tops. That may sound like a long time but you should not lose more than 2lbs a week. So give it a shot. Oh also drink half your body weight in water. So like for someone who weighs 80 lbs they should be drinking 40 oz. of water which is like two bottle of Aquafina (those are 20 oz. bottles.). Stay away from starches after 12 noon (breads, pastas, rices,) if you get a craving for them have it for breakfast. Don't eat anything after 6pm.

Diet is 40% of the battle, the other 60% is all exercise! The fastest way would be to do 30 minutes of cardio each day and 45 minutes of weights/resistence training.

Wear some sweats and go to the suana. Wrestlers do that to shed pounds quick. It's not that healthy for you but you can lose weight really fast!
