You need to add more fiber to your diet. For now,
soak in a tub of hot water. This will relax your bowels and allow you to move them. Drink fruit juice
at least once a day. This always works for me. Drink
rootbeer, eat peanut butter and then some chocolate.
Cleans me out everytime. Get some Fiber Choice. It
is sold over the counter and will help supply fiber
to your diet.

Eat more fiber. Leafy greens, brocoli, and fiber cookies. Stop eating white bread, pasta and rice. Switch to whole grains. Should stop the consitpation. But if you're still having troubble see a doctor. Also i've been told prunes work well.

my best answer would be to go to the doc. there could be a number of things wrong. In the mean time i would try eating lots of fiber, raisins, prunes, broccolli,or just cerealhigh in fiber, or fiber tablets. If that doesn't help, Iwould seriously check with your doctor.good luck, hope i could help.

Instead of laxatives you should try green vegitables and salads in your meals. You should avoid eating without hunger and overeating. If it doesn't work then avoid spices. Trial and self observation will only solve your problem. This is possible if and only if you try to become your own doctor.
