every female is different. some females experience no cramps just a butterfly feeling in the stomach. while some females get the backpain, the bloated feeling(water gain) and painful cramps.
cramps are caused by the lining of the uterus being expelled through the vagina which are called clots.this is what make most females have bad cramps. this can be relieved by taking otc medications such as midol. also a heating pad works for many females during this time of the month. if the pain get to severe go to the doctor as they can recommend some medications to help the problem. they also run tests to see if it is a more serious problem like endometrisios. having a period is natural for all females. thank goodness it only comes once a month. don't worry over this sweetie. good luck and talk to your mom about your concerns as she can help you get through this.

Well some women have cramps during a period and that's when it's best to put a heating pad on your stomach to relax the muscles.

Does the vagina hurt while the blood is coming out?
no, not at all. Just the cramps in your stomach is what gets you.

You might have cramps while you are about to have your period or while you are on your period, but the level of pain is different for each person. Some people can barely walk because they have such horrible cramps, while others might not ever even have regular cramping.

you can get cramps which can be uncomfortable but will not hurt. The best thing to do for cramps is paracetamol and a hot water bottle on the tummy.
boobs can get a bit tender as well, but again will not hurt

Yes, sometimes I get lower back pain or stomach cramps. I take ibuprofen and usually everythings ok after that. No big deal. If you are having excessive pain, you should probably contact your doctor for further evaluation.

Some women have pain, others don't feel a thing. Very severe pain is rather rare. Don't be afraid - you can treat the pain with over the counter medication like Ibuprofen, or you can see your doctor about it
