I know there was a study done that proved that typically, women with bigger breasts were smarter than small chested women, but I can't find the article anymore.
I was trying to locate it because I knew that it said that the greater the chest to waist ratio, the more likely the girl was to be smarter than her smaller counterparts.
Can anyone find or validate this article for me?

Where in the world did you see this so called study??? If you look at some of the women that hold very high position in all kinds of companies don't have very large breast..There are some men with a small penis and they have very high positions..Maybe you should do more research...
