I have to twich, make a tight muscle or strech in a weird way for the pain to go away. This is something that happen on an everyday basis. It really bother I don't know what it can be. I don't drink, smoke, or drug. Hopefully someone out there can help me...

I had open heart surgery about a week ago. already took all of my pain pills and cant get any more till i see the dr next week. just want to know how long to expect the pain to continue? oh yea i have namounia too in one lung and that hurts also, took all of antibiotics but still feel it in there. cant take over counter pain meds cause of my ulser. just want to know when this will stop? thanks mike

im 6'3" 210lbs id like to get down to 190-200 range. Id like to know the best way to lose these 10-20 pounds without spending time at the gym. I have a treadmill but thats about it. Im not very physically active now at all. i work, come home, eat, go to bed. ive cut out alot of beer and pop hoping that would help. but i need a quicker solution. please help.

If I am 5'4" ( do not think that i have hit my growth spirt yet) and I'm 14 years old n almost 2 months if I start lifting weights and stuf will that make me stay short? Is it true that lifting weights before your growth spirt will make you short? Also have I hit my growth spirt yet??

My cat just knocked an ashtray all over the place when I'm right in the middle of something and I feel like breaking his paws and killing him. But I won't because I love him. He's constantly knocking stuff on to the floor and making huge messes I have to clean every 5 or 10 minutes and it makes me so mad.

Also when I have arguments with people I would never physically harm in real life I often daydream of torturing and killing them because they make me so angry. How do I stop having violent daydreams of hurting people?

My skin gets dry really easily- mostly on my hands and feet. My hands are pretty set though, if i put lotion on my hands maybe twice a day. But my feet get dry so much quicker. When I put lotion on my feet, then walk around for not even five minutes, the lotion wears away. They're fine when I'm wearing shoes and socks, but i don't like to wear them all day. Is there any lotions or anything that won't wear off so quickly? I'm using melaluca lotion right now.(I'm not sure if i spelled that right) It's the best I've used so far.

just notised that it is starting to get a slite curve to the left near the base of the sick. I hear guys say they are curved to the left alot. is this just the natural progression.

I would like to know wat i can do to make it strate as a flag pole again

i would love to make it strate again. maybe if i tape it to my rite thigh and make it bent to the rite it will work?

My hubby and daughter started puking their guts out a couple hours ago and won't go to the doc. What can I give them (out of pepto) that I possibly have here at home cuz there is no access to a store right now.

I have braces on my upper and lower teeth. They change my wires every 6 weeks I go to my orthodontist and for about a week or more I have pretty bad pain and all of my teeth are very sore for over a week. My Orthodontist said he can't write prescriptions because he doesn't have a license to. So what am I to do! I need the prescription pain pills because only prescription pain pills will work on me. I'm not a drug addict or anything like that. I have tried every single over the counter pain pills but nothing will help at all. I've taken 4 Extra Strength Percogesic, 4 Advil Liquid Gels, 4 Aleves, 4 Aspirins, 4 Tylenols and many more over the counter pain pills but nothing will work. How can I get Prescription Pain Pills for my brace and teeth pain? I know my doctor will not write a Prescription for just brace pain on teeth. Doctors are scared to write prescriptions for people who need them. Who else would write a Prescription for my pain?

This happends on my left hand arm leg foot and part of my face. Each of the pulses last 5 seconds to a few minutes with the normal in between stage lasting about the same. Also my left Eye waters and twiches and kind of hard to see out of. The total time this happends varies sometimes for 10 mins to a few hours, last time it went for 6 hours with the symptoms lessing for the last hour. Also the last time my left hand seem to be oversensitive to cold.

I work at an electronics store full time and I have a big problem with intestinal gas. To avoid embarassment, I hold them in and I end up with a strong pain and inflammation in my abdomen. I end up extremely bloated and I need to know how can I control this. Help!!

For years now I've been attempting to use tampons, but they've always been horribly uncomfortable and hurt so much that I can't leave them in. All the women/friends I asked about it said that I didn't insert it far enough, which was a good enough answer for me.

After having sex for the first time, I decided to try again, with much better results in the middle of my flow. However, the next time I tried, I felt the same discomfort as before. Since I'm not used to using a tampon, I started with "slim" and "light" styles, so it's definitely not that. Any ideas on what's up?

Well, to start off, I'm 18 yr. old male, and have had generalized anxiety with the occasional panic attack for the past year. One of my main symptoms I have is my breathing gets "off" and I don't breathe "naturally". It's like I'm constantly thinking about it and it causes me to breath too much, not at the right speed, etc. I tend to mouth breathe more often than I should also.


Well, when I sit up on my bed to read, use my laptop, etc, I always feel like I have to burp. Then I have HUGE burps that come deep down from my stomach.

Could I be taking in too much air and not notice it because my breathing has been "different" for close to a year? Which explains why I feel like I have to burp so much?

When I have those HUGE stomach burps, it relieves ALOT of pressure and just makes me feel really loose... it's like, ahh, and it just opens me up.

Does this sound logical? Or is it maybe something else?
