I would suggest that you see your physician. There is a condition called fibromyalgia that attacks your muscles ( feels like an attack) and has certain trigger points, in the shoulders, low back, legs, neck and gluteal region. It can last for days or longer and then subside and go to another part of your body. I am not saying that is what you have, but the physician can get blood work to rule out conditions. Then, treatment can be administered once it is established what is causing this. There is another called mixed connective tissue disease which is basically the same thing but on a higher level. You are experiencing cramping of your muscles and when it is deep, it can feel like your bones are hurting because the muscles attached to the bone are inflamed. I strongly urge you to see a physician as soon as possible.

Best wishes, I really mean that.

Best of health to you. The only way to make sure is to see your physician and please tell the physician everything. No one can get this information you share without your written consent.

Unfortunately you don't specify what area of the body you are experiencing this dilemma. I would suggest you get yourself checked out by a professional.. If you are obtaining relief by stretching, would indicate you would get help from a doctor of Chiropractic.. Your problem would indicate there is much muscle inequality and you are having nerve impingement as a result.. when you stretch that tighter muscle, it allows temporary relief.. but the problem is a bit more complicated than just unequal muscle tension.. something had to bring that about.. That is what needs to be treated.

sounds like Osteporous ( I have hard time spelling that name correctly). Take glucosamine
available at most healthfood stores and many drug stores to. Also use comfrey herb poultices
whereever the pain is most. If that fails then Pau' Darco herb.. take at night before bedtime!
See your local holistic practitioner or your doctor for further advise! Always tell your doctor about the herbs you choose to take!
