That is a temporary reaction- it is called a "niacin flush". It goes away in about 10 minutes.

listen YOU think you have yellowish skin!! its all in your head! most people don't even notice everyones faults!! plus I Am forteen and If I want change in my skin color, I go step out in the sun.(wear sunscreen) or, if that will only burn you, then wear cover-up on your face. (make sure it is oil free to prevent acne). plus, skin color isn't everything. exept your self for who you are and you will be a much happier person.

Why on EARTH would you want to do that? Even a high dose will only flush you out for about a half-hour.
