i broke my wrist and i just got a cast put on today is there anyway i can get rid of this itching and please anybody that had a cast before how was it like for u? and what were some ways to help it?

i broke my wrist playing football[soccer] and there isnt really anything to do apart from keep cool, oh and you could try playing some games[ps2,ps3,nintendo ect to take your mind off it thats what i did.

You'll get used to it after a while. Just be patient. A broken wrist will take about 6-8 weeks on the average in cast. I presume your doctor explained everything to you?

i cut my cast off after 2 weeks, then just used a brace
