the bottle says "whole food dietary supplement"

it also says to take two
capsules before each meal
twice a day.

is this a vitamin..or what?

its a supplement and it does contain minerals very little vitamins though!

Probably it is a combination of fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Reason they ask you to take it before meals is because
when you take fiber before meals, it fills you up and you
don't get too hungry. There is less chance of overeating
when you take these pills.
It is exactly a dietary supplement. You are right.

There are some that come under supplement as opposed to vitamins. They are super concentrated foods....they are supposed to be great, I know there are berry ones, grape ones and fruit ones.....

it kinda reminds me of a pill with all the right things in it like all the green healthy stuff in one pill probally a vitamin

NO! Its NOT vitamin. Dont take it as SUGGESTED on the label! As the pharmecist at the grocery store where you bought it!!!

Never heard of it but it sounds like a suppresent that will make you full faster so you don't eat as much.

not sure this one is a good idea. advertising related to it seem to exaggerate. asking a pharmacist is recommended.
doubt it will be effective.
there seems to be a book by that name.

i would have to see the bottle but i think its a diet pill...and u look fine so u shoudlnt take these
