not sure about the fruit but, i do know that two cups or herbal tea a day is very good for the brain. takes a few weeks. also, warm milk in the evening is very good for the brain as well. both methods are good at fighting most mental illnesses. i can only assume that you are talking about improving your thoughts and fighting mental problems.......hope this helps.

All fruits are good for you. I don't know what you mean by "to take" the fruit, or if you just mean to eat it normally. Apples are really good.
