Yes we need food to fuel the body, to make blood, cells, bones, muscles. But fuel isn't the whole answer. Your computer (brain) has a virus called confusion and fear. When this virus sets up home in the brain it acts to confuse the reactive brain. This confusion is a direct result of past overloads to the brain and nervous system. The overloads cause your brain to take a detour from clear thinking. All this causes chaos and loss of brain power. Want to get rid of the chaos? Learn to use mantra meditation. Its the fastest method of removing unwanted overloads of perception stress.

People have thrived on high fat diets for centuries with
no bad repercussions.

2. Organ Meats
3. WHOLE milk esp NON homogenized
4. Butter ( stay away from margarine if you knew
how it was made, you would not touch it )

Soft-boiled eggs are good. Things that contain cod liver oil. Coffee is an excellent natural stimulant. Nicotine also has positive mental effects (but the physical side effects are not good). Aerobic exercise is excellent.

I love this question because you asked for ANYTHING that will improve your mind power.... wow!!

This is my formula:

(1)Nutrition: Eat a healthy diet high in antioxidants (raw fruits and vegetables). I go along with the good omega fats mentioned earlier... Extra Virgin coconut oil is great (I get mine at http://tinyurl.com/yh5phn ) and I also highly recommend the best hempseed oil you can find. I am vegan (raw vegan in the summer when there are lots of fresh, organic, ripe local fruits and vegetables around) and personally I don't bother with supplement pills or tablets, etc., but our family does drink the highest antioxidant fruit drink on the market (wolfberries, blueberries, apricots, blue grapes, and pomegranate as well as orange and lemon essential oils sweetened with agave vs. sugar). Go here to find out more about this brain-boosting elixir:http://tinyurl.com/yzv9uv If you are interested in hearing about its scientific cell-repairing qualities, just send me an email through my My Monday Miracles site below and I can send you an audio clip by an integrative physician (meaning he is both a regular MD and somebody who also refers people to alternative health and wellness practitioners.)

(2) There are several essential oils and pure essential oil blends that will oxygenate your brain cells and give you the boost that you need to really be super-sharp. One is called "Brain Power" and contains the essential oils of Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Melissa, Frankincense, Blue Cypress, Lavender and Helichrysum. Each one of these individual essential oils is exceptionally high in its vibrational rating-- you'll recognize 'Frankincense' as harking from Bible times when they were considered more precious than gold and really the virtual first aid kit of the powerful kings of the time. All of these oils together have an amazing synergy that you won't believe. My husband takes a sniff of this when he gives seminars to high rollers who want to know how to amp up their investments. Go here and look up "Brain Power">>>at http://tinyurl.com/ykxyuk

(3)When you introduce optimum brain nutrition you will also want to let go of stuff that creates an acid environment that encourages dis-ease in your life. Decrease your use of the following (if you can-- eliminate altogether): animal products, particularly dairy products; sugar, transfatty acids, caffeine, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, soy, and any highly processed foods.

(4)Write down your goals. Do one small action every day to make improvements towards expanding your brain power.

(5)Don't eat heavy food in the evening. Eat raw fruit and don't eat anything after 8 pm if possible. This will free up your digestive system considerably, and will give you a much clearer brain.

(6)The energy therapy method called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) will help you to focus and get rid of emotional flak that has built up over your lifetime and prevents you from achieving what you want to achieve. EFT is easy to apply. You can find practitioners online, and buy inexpensive DVDs to get yourself started. All the Quantum Physics guys are raving about EFT for those who want to be on the cutting edge. Go to
