i have had anorexia for 8 years and ive gained weight with ensure plus suupliments , now im off them i just want to eat normal and maintain!!!!please help what should your avarge 20 year old eat .........sample plans would be helpful THANKU!

My fiance had genital warts when I met him, but he said that he was in denial when he got them. I didn't know he had these warts when I slept with him. He went to his dermatolgoist to get them removed, but didn't go back like he was supposed to because it hurt him so bad. At the time I wondered if it was an STD, but my fiance didn't seem to think it was. Well, I ended up getting warts and I am currently being treated for them. I got them from him. He feels bad because if he wasn't so irresponsible, I wouldn't have gotten them. Would you be resentful?

I have a habit of stretching for 20 minutes each morning (head to toe). Is there anything wrong with this? Should I do it less frequently, perhaps 3 to 4 days per week?

I went to an ophthalmologist in Mexico..bad idea... i ended up with pair of glasses that made me dizzy everything i put them on...i would see everything weird..nothing compared to the glasses that i bought here in usa. anyway I think that they are not the correct ones for my eyes..i have a problem to see far away...lately i have been noticing that since i started wearing those new glasses i see more blurry...am i becoming more blind because of those glasses? is it possible?

Hi, im 14 years old, I got my period the second time, but started on a diffrent date than the first one, and lasted for four days! im scared cause i was hopeing it would only last for 2 days. Which date should i mark on my calender? the first time or the second. Is there a reason for this? It's the third night! I had a dream I was changing with guys from my class in my sisters bedroom!!! I had another dream I went to this forest hing/haunted house and I remember it for being for kids and I kept saying these effects are so cheesy! what can i do to help my sprained ankle 3-4 weeks after it got sprained, no pain when i run or jump , but when i twist it to see if it healed it hurts, i can jump about 4 inches less than i used to, its still swollen but icing it doesnt help, if u need any info then just ask ill add details

My mother-in-law has first stage alzheimers,I'd like to know if more about this illness.In books I've read they only gave the usual symptoms.She's has bouts of stiffness in her whole body and does't want to move at all.She has also emphysima(is this the correct spelling?)Is these associated with alzheimers?or is this another degenerated disease?

Considering how guys (in general) have a much lower tolerance for pain compared to women, I would find it interesting to know how bad it really hurts to be kicked in the nuts. Amusingly, I happen to think that if it were women with this issue, there wouldn't be quite so much hype about it...heh. Just a thought...

Now I'm sure all the guys will come argue this until the cows come home, but ladies, what are your thoughts? :P
