I assume you mean breast milk, not drinking milk.
Yes, but it does not last. Eventually your body gets used to it and they are only slightly bigger, then return to normal after breastfeeding.

the best way mke yr boobs grow bigger and faster is to drink milk a glass of milk when ever yu feel like if yu really wnt yr boobs to grow faster and bigger ive been on that for 1 month and it works i have a huge boobs

I bet they are fine. I always liked my big boobs when I was young and now all they do is sag and hurt my back.

i don't know but if you let your boyfriend lick it, play with it, suck it (respectively) they sometimes get bigger everytime they play with it...
