I have a habit of stretching for 20 minutes each morning (head to toe). Is there anything wrong with this? Should I do it less frequently, perhaps 3 to 4 days per week?

I would appreciate hearing from a medical professional regarding this.

Stretching is a great way to ... well, stretch out your muscles so they're not tight. If you didn't stretch, you might overexert yourself early and pull a muscle before you warmed up your body, know what I mean? I stretch when I get up in the morning too.

No its good to do it every day i wish i had that habit myself even though i know its healthy. to strech every day keeps you flexable the blood flows better and the person usaully feels more awake in the morning
