Is there a reason for this? It's the third night! I had a dream I was changing with guys from my class in my sisters bedroom!!! I had another dream I went to this forest hing/haunted house and I remember it for being for kids and I kept saying these effects are so cheesy! I had another dream I was naked in a pool at the ritz in florida where I stayed once and met these italians,... I really don't get it? Is it because I am going to bed late?

It's a combination of things. You probably dream just about every night; most people do— most dreams are nearly completely forgotten within 15 seconds of waking up— but when you go to bed late, after a while your body gets confused as to whether it's supposed to be awake or asleep. This puts your mind in a state between subconscious and unconscious thought which you are more likely to remember due to your body's natural time-clock being out of whack. So it's not that you're dreaming more, it's just that you are remembering your dreams more.

Also, if you are young, your hormones can greatly affect your dreams. It sounds like, from your description, that many of your dreams have been sexually charged as of late. This is completely natural, and nothing to worry about. Haunted house dreams are pretty normal too. If you can, jot down as many details as you can and write a story and share it at a fiction site somewhere on the internet! Some of the best scary stories are inspired by dreams.

Just try to get more sleep, avoid eating right before bed, and you should be back to a restful night's sleep in no time.

Usually this is caused when someone has a lot of things going on. Sometimes they arre stressed it might be a fear or something that has been on their mind lately but these paranormal dreams are also caused when you go to bed really late you might have already had these dreams before but you simply can't remember them because when you sleep you'd think your body is relaxing when actually it's going through several stages of sleep in one of these stages you dream and if you wake up during the stage you will remember the dreams. These dreams will go away if you try to keep your life stress-free and organized get any questions answered and then try to go to bed a little earlier so that if these dreams happen again you will be in a different stage of sleep.

You dream most just before waking, going to bed late won't make you dream more but if you wake up abruptly such as an alarm clock you may just be in that phase of sleep if you havn't got enough rust, not more dreams, you just remember them because when you wake up slow you forget about most dreams. The mind plays random thoughts and various scenarios that might work out, minus any sense of spatial or time awareness, symbolism sometimes occurs that you might be able to find on dream analyzing websites, you might find some common theme with your life, like wanting to act like your sister like she gets along with the men in her class, etc. or about some anxiety or pressure, but it doesn't sound like anything that alarming, dreams can just be weird, and sometimes fun. Just keep grounded in reality when you are awake and youll be fine. My favorite dreams are when I remember, while falling, that I can fly.

People dreame because they are not sleeping properly. If you are a deep sleaper then you most likely wont dreame. Research has shown that 90% of all the dreames releate to what you have seen in the past or thought about it in the past. During your sleep you brain cells try to make sense of all the information stored in it my linking cells that is when you start to have weird dreames which just doesn't make sense at all. From the little understand from my Psych classification, its completely regular. objectives are your brains way of sorting/submitting tips. Making experience of the day. I dont understand what your objectives are approximately. even though it could be achieveable that there is an unresolved difficulty/problem happening on your existence. it could weigh your techniques and reason your misery jointly as dozing. yet another suggestion is you're able to no longer be getting sufficient REM sleep. confirm your no longer lacking any sleep. Sleep is taken under consideration necessary on your wellbeing and properly being. Sleep restores your physique, replenishes you for the subsequent day. attempt to compeltly relax your self, no rely if that be a tub, bathe, some calm music. it could help. solid luck

You will probably have deeper sleep and not remember your dreams if you get plenty of exercise during the day so that you are really tired when you get into bed. Don't go to bed until you are ready to sleep.

I wouldn't be too worried, dreams tend to be inherently strange. It's often thought that one only remembers dreams that they wake up from, so potentially you're just waking up from your dreams more often. But I must say, I've never had a dream that wasn't weird.
