Discharge is normal in girls and women, but if it starts smelling bad, you should see your doctor. It could be a yeast infection, especially if you have itching. or burning.
Your period will start when your body is ready. Some girls start at 10 or 11, some as late as 16 or 17. Don't rush it. you will have enough time to grow up. It's not all that much fun.

That is very normal. A lot of doctors will probably tell you to expect your first period in about 18 months.

It depends upon your age. Many girls (including 2 of my girls) got a clear discharge right before they started their period. (like a couple months before)
However, any discharge that has a foul smell, looks like cottage cheese or is milky in color should be checked out immediately.

yes it is!! as long as the discharge isn't funky (stinky or a funny color) then it's fine. right before i started my period last year, i had discharge for about a week. don't worry about it.
