what can i do to help my sprained ankle 3-4 weeks after it got sprained, no pain when i run or jump , but when i twist it to see if it healed it hurts, i can jump about 4 inches less than i used to, its still swollen but icing it doesnt help, if u need any info then just ask ill add details

soak it in hot water and epson saltz. try and keep it proped up too soak it about 3 times a day hope this helps!

a sprained ankle can take months to heal. You should stay off of it as much as you can. Keep it elevated and put ice on for twenty minutes and then switch to heat for twenty minutes. do this about four to five times a day or more. Good Luck

I know that advil makes swelling go down (eat food before you take advil). Don't try to check out the ankle by twisting it, just keep it rested so it can heal totally. You know, raise your foot when you sit in a chair.

well just lay low or see a doctor. maybe put an ace bandage on it. just try not to do much on it, or it will get worse.
