Recently ive lost over 70lbs within the past year. i workout everyday and im also learning how to become healthier and healthier. my problem ive having is that i am so scared to go back to the way i was. i find myself being nervous almost everyday, if i slip up once by eating a simple candy bar, i right away think ill gain all the weight back. normally people who lose as much weight as i have feel wonderful about there accomplishments. I, on the other hand get happy for about 1 full day then get paranoid almost instantly. Whats wrong with me? i was big for 18 years and now that i am finally at a "Normal" weight, i cant seem to enjoy my success. Please HELP

i got into a fight about a month ago and the area between my left pinky nuckle and wrist has hurt since. the description is similar to the symptoms of a "boxer's fracture", but i'm almost certain that my hand is not fractured (because the pain is very minimal).....if u have experience with this let me know how long it took your hand to heal and how your hand functions today....thank you

Recently i stopped taking my birth control (Ortho-Tri Cyclene Lo) and i revieved 2 periods within one month and a week inbetween them. Also i've been experiencing a very dry vagina for the past month and a half and it seems impossible to get wet while im aroused. What could be the problem?! Im so frusterated!

I have a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck which has been there quite a while. A while back i went to the doctor and she ran some general blood work/thyroid test. (which was normal) Had an ultrasound and saw a specialist and they all told me there was not problem and not to be worried about the swelling because the node was so small. Its not painful. But i am very worried because it has not gone down. I read on here that a few reasons could be hiv or cancer. Mabye i'm just being paranoid. What do you think?

I feel very tense when I sit down at school (I'm in 8th grade) I can feel my shoulders getting tense, and my neck. I feel very excited, like Billie Joe Armstrong is about to perform Good Riddance right in front of me.
I have tried everything, getting it massaged out, hot bath with that special salt, heating pads, taking deep breathes, EVERYTHING in the book.
I'm not nervous scared or excited about school. To me its same-old-same-old, and nothing to be happy about.
I'm only 14, does this matter?

I don't think normally im always focused on death and i can't relax and just live life... im to worried about choking on something, getting soap in my mouth and any muscle spasm that appears or etc i think its serious and worry about that .... what can i do to change this? to enjoy life like i use to before my mind went wacky?

my grandpas house burnt down and then like 5 day later he went in the hospital with phmonia( dont know if i spelt that right) and while in the hospital they found a lump on his lung they did the test and everything but they said it was to small to tell if it was cancerious Im Scared because my Grandma only 5years died of lung Cancer i dont know what to do if he does have cancer.and my other grandma just died a year ago i cant take no more deaths or anythign else. i do take insulin (low dose so far). when i do have low sugar it happens around a meal is due. it is a terrible feeling. what i want to know that should i not know it is happening ( at times when i am asleep) what will this result (if i don't treat this condition). i have been told some real bad results would happen. i have been told that death is a strong possiblity. what's true? i am quite concerned.

about a week and a half and I've been on 3 different anti-biotics to try and clear this up but they are not working. I also have severe asthma along with it. I also have COPD and it's just hard for me to breathe and my chest hurts really bad all the time day and night. My question is this, what should I do about it. I'm reallt tired of getting these antibiotics that don't work but I'm really afraid that I'm going to end up end the hospital. Please help. Any advice would be very helpful.

I hate holding hands with people, I hate my sweaty hands. I could be laying in bed and all of a sudden, they sweat. They sweat when I'm happy, sad, or just feeling normal. I tried using baby powder but it felt like they sweat even more, and besides, everthing I thouched, it turned powdery white.haha. Please Help!!! I have had this problem ever since I was around 9 or 10 years old!!
