I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I too have low blood sugar. However I do NOT take insulin. When my blood sugar drops, I definitely know it if I am awake. I have found that 100% grape juice is the best solution. One little sip and I feel like a new woman. I have not even thought about it happening when I am sleeping. I think I would wake up... but then I would feel like I was passing out... so I'm not sure. No one has ever mentioned to me that death was possible. Sure hope not!

Just make sure you are having a snack with protein and complex carb prior to bed time. Low blood sugars can happen in the middle of the night, so the best way to guard against them is the snack before bed. This is what hospitals in an attempt to prevent diabetics from becoming hypoglycemic overnight.

Chances are that on insulin you are to follow a diet regimen. Your snacks between meal times must not be containing enough protein to carry to your next insulin injection time (meal time). Try upping your intake of proteins at snack times and see if will help keep your levels a little more even throughout the day...

Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is more dangerous than hyperglycemia (high blood sugar). If your blood sugar keeps high, gradually it will go towerds heart disease, brain sroke, peripheral arterial disease, kidney problem, eye problem and nerve damage. But hypoglycemia (very low blood sugar) can cause sudden death.
To avoid hypoglycemia, you take one free day. Check your blood sugar 7 times e.g. before breakfast, two hours after breakfast, before lunch, two hours after lunch, before dinner, two hours after dinner and just before going to bed. You are required to consult your physician with these blood glucose levels and your insulin dose (or oral medications in any) will be adjusted accordingly to avoid hypoglycemia.
In the mean time if you feel hypoglycemia (palpitition, sweating, vertigo as you mentioned "terrible feeling") immediately take two spoonful of sugar or glucose or half glass sugar containing fruit juice.
One thing you shoud keep in mind, if you take oral anti diabetic agent like acarbose ONLY GLUCOSE will save your life.

If ur sugar goes very low, yes u could slip into a coma and die. There is a place that trains dogs. These dogs can sense that ur sugar is going high or low and can warn u that u need to check ur sugar. I'm sorry, but I can't think of the name of the place that trains them.

they have sugar pills that you can carry with you. you suck on one if your sugar gets too low. Otherwise eat more mini-meals per day.
