The odors from growing marijuana are not cannabinoids. They are monoterpenes and diterpenes, flavinoids similar in chemistry to many other plant odors. When you smell them you are not coming in contact with THC or similar compounds, so it would have no effect on a drug test.

Secondhand pot smoke will not make you fail a drug test. Unless you're slam up against the window sucking it in like a sponge, you'll be fine.
If you're still worried, close your windows.
