Have you seen someone regarding this-it sounds like your hormones and internal chemicals have shifted and perhaps need some re-balancing.

Don't take drugs like some people will suggest to you, cause getting off them is a bich.
If you haven't already, try one of the forms of psychological therapy, especially cognitive behavioral therapy or psychodynamic behavioral therapy, so you can talk out your anxieties and eccentric scruples with someone who will always listen to you and give you the comforting but realistic feedback you need to start thinking healthily and stop thinking abnormally.
Also make sure you are eating and drinking as healthily as you should, and exercising both aerobically and anaerobically at least 3-4 times a week for 30-60 minutes.
Try getting back to the hobbies and interests you have always enjoyed most, join a community club for one of them if possible, or play mentally exercising games like chess , scrabble, poker or other card games, and of course Monopoly is always fun.

i say first that you try lexapro it is great from depression and does wonders for anixety and being paranoid, then try to face some of your fears by looking up what the chances are or choking on soap would be, or going to the dr to have him tell you that you aren't having muscle spasm

This is a very good blog, a beginner’s guide to abnormal psychology.
Short, clear and simple; and you can even post your question and contact the author regarding particular subject you are interested in, for FREE

maybe you should add more things to your schedule, make your life buisier to distract those thoughts from your mind cuz then you won't have time to think about that.
