Theres always so much fuss about losing weight. The thing is, there are two reasons for putting it on in the first place- eating too much and not doing enough exercise. genetics and fluid retention applies to a small percentage of the population, even then it can be addressed by exercise and diet.
so therefore, exercise more and eat less, if you want to lose weight. Theres no miracle that will allow you to continue a sedentry lifestyle, and eat innapropriately.
Thats all there is to it, so why do people fuss about it? if they wanted to change things they would, so they are obviously happy as they are. Also, why is it the same price for air travel if you are obese or healthy weight? its not fair.
