im 5'2ish and about 120 pounds. I am pretty lean and dont look fat but I want to lose weight; I used to be 105-110 and id like to be that much again). Heres my plan; 1000-1500 cal. eat generally healthy, veggies, lotsa water, fish, a lil bit of fats etc. Exercise everyday (5-7 times a week) on treadmill for about 30 min.(burning 300ish cals). I dont know my BMR btw. So heres my main question; how much weight should/will i lose and how fast? Also im very fed up with the "burn more than u eat" and then u'll contradict it and say "some workouts build muscle which weighs more; so dont worry about what the scale says" All i want to know is a way to weigh 110 lbs., healthily and ASAP.
