i have heard that green tea is good for helping to lose fat, although i cant stand the taste of it. Is it ok to eat the leaves? will it do the same thing as drinking the tea?

Green tea is very good for you and has powerful antioxidants. Try adding different things to the tea to change the taste (lemon, honey, cream, flavored extracts), you can also mix teas, such as green tea and orange pekoe. You can also cook with tea. You can get powdered green tea in capsules; it's supposed to be very healthy. I don't think ingesting a lot of it would be a good idea, however - I suspect you'd be a bit nauseated, at best.
