sounds like you are discribing me. I have anxiety bad. I am on three meds. There are times when I feel I am not breathing. I am having pain in my left arm, fingers are numb., should feels alot of times like it is out of the socket. My finger are numb almost continusiously. I can type but, I don't feel the keys. I get depressed alot. But, enough about me, when you have this pain in your arm and that feeling in your chest, take your pulse. If it is alright, you will know that you are all right. If you think it is your heart, pay mind, are you cold and clamy, sweating alot. has your color in you face changed? Do you have any pain in your back. These are more signs of a heart problem. I would see another doctor is it continues. But, like me, it could be the anxiety. try to keep busy, pray alot. keep your mind off the anxiety as much as you can. Join a club or something to keep your self busy. These have all worked for me at different times. I know how you feel and I will pray for you also. But, see a dr. Oh, if you are having thearpy for your neck and back, it could be a reason for the chest and shoulder. And I get dizzy also, fell a few times this summer because of it and broke by wrist. I am sure you will be okay. Try not to think of it. Have you tried tums for he burning feeling? Have you told your doctor that tends to your anxiety about how you feel .he may want to change your meds. Mind was changed once. my nut doctor(I call him that) did it because, I wasn't sleeping nights, I would go to bed after a couple hours, i would go to sleep and wake up again after a few 10-15 mins. and the nightmares were terrible. I take 3 meds. Well, don't know what else I can say, but, take care and do be scared. Your are in my prayers. Good Luck and God Bless.

1. Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing, or pain in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes.
2. Pain spreading to the shoulders, neck, or arms.
3. Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating, nausea, or shortness of breath.
If your doctors aren't helping you, you should change. You definitely have something going on, real or imagined. It may not be cardiac in nature, but it needs to be addressed none the same. In medicine, as in life, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Start squeaking and best of luck.............

It could be acid reflux. Check your medication side effects to see if they cause stomach irritation (www.rx.com). My gradmother was taking a medication for calcium and she thought she was having a heart attack , but it was the medication side effects that made her feel that way.
