ok see im going on a diet because i think im fat..
i weigh 128lbs and im 13....
im going on a diet..but dont want to go anorexic.....
i have no idea of what my diet should be based on???
will someone please give me good advice?

I'm 15 years old and i got my period when i was 13. It's pretty much always irregular but sometimes i do get it once a month for a few months. Other times I don't get it but I'm on my period now, its Thanksgiving and I had it two weeks ago, and two weeks before that. Is this bad?

Yesterday I wrote that my 1cm (10mm) kidney stone had seemed to have gone into hiding as I had no blood or pain, Well today I have alittle pain ,but the urine now is bloody w/ this string like mucus tinged w/ blood. So my question.. what is up with the mucus stuff? FYI the stone was located in the UPJ so it is very high in the ureter

okay, i guess i'm not that addicted. I'm a teenager who spends around 2 - 4 hours each day watching t.v. afterschool. I guess it's not that bad but i'm a really busy person. I'm on the school basketball team, in nearly all the clubs in the school, has many volunteer jobs and paying jobs. I also have high expectations of myself when it comes to marks so i study a lot. just don't have the time to watch so much t.v. Yet, i can't help it. Is there any ways you know that can help me?

well i have braces and ive had them for about 2 and a half years now..i was supposed to get them off like a month and a half ago, but since i havnt been wearing my rubber bands the ortho said i have to have them on longer, but when i wear the rubber bands i get ver very very bad pain in my mouth and i cant stand it, i try advil and everything, i just cant wear my rubber bands and i want my braces off, any ideas?

so....if someone was a cutter, does that mean that they will always have the thought of cutting again, in the back of their minds? or will it go away? and for someone who was a cutter for about a year and a half, is cutting KIND OF like a drug, where the person is more vulnerable to start cutting again, then for another person who has never cut, to start cutting?

Does anyone know if an ear infection can cause a high pitch noise? There's no pain but it feels like it pops once in awhile like there is water from swimming in it and the high pitch noise is driving me nuts! Thx!
