It could be gonorrhea or just old excess semen flowing out because your prostate is full or infected. See the doc soon, if its gonorrhea you won't be able to pee soon. If it's a case of prostate infection, you will need a lengthy course of antibiotics.

That symptom accompanies lots of different STD's & infections. Nobody here can tell you for sure, so you need to go see your doc asap. No sex until then; you don't wan't to make it worse or infect your partner.
