Vita-E: helps protect against aging process

Vita-C: builds collagen (the cement that holds the cells together preventing sagging skin) and protects cells from aging

Also B-Complex and Energizing Soy Protein is beneficial for healthy skin.

D..E..A...yeah they should work

also try omega3's
multi vitamins
and certain lotions like alovera(i cant spell it) and stuff like that
