3000-6000 dollars depending on what kind of work you need, and for how long you're gonna wear them

I know this is a really long time ago, but just for history purposes and see how much Ortho now cost..,. I kept my full treatment plan for my daughter from 7/3/2006 (I am OCD like that and keep paperwork...) Treatment fee in California in 2006 totalled: $5340. However, since we had insurance back in the day, insurance covered $1625. There was a Diagnostic Study Cast done for $100, so I paid $3815. I wished I had checked with other offices and compared pricing, but I used recommendation from a friend. However, talking with other friends, I hear that some Ortho offices have Treatment A & Treatment B, meaning sometimes some kids have to go through another round of treatments for Ortho. My opinion is that Treatment B is another way to prolong Ortho care and should be questioned throughly with the treating doctor. If your doctor thinks this needs to happen, check with another doctor for second opinion.

Mine are $4990 in Montana. I have a plan with care credit union that lets us pay over 24 months. I only need them for 6 to 8 months. Those are fastbraces though.

Depends on your location and coverage you have. If your insurance does not cover braces, you can still get savings by signing up for a supplemental dental plan like the ones below.

The ortho said my daughter's would be 5,000. Not sure if that is too much, that's why I'm here.
