im 5'2ish and about 120 pounds. I am pretty lean and dont look fat but I want to lose weight; I used to be 105-110 and id like to be that much again). Heres my plan; 1000-1500 cal. eat generally healthy, veggies, lotsa water, fish, a lil bit of fats etc. Exercise everyday (5-7 times a week) on treadmill for about 30 min.(burning 300ish cals). I dont know my BMR btw. So heres my main question; how much weight should/will i lose and how fast? Also im very fed up with the "burn more than u eat" and then u'll contradict it and say "some workouts build muscle which weighs more; so dont worry about what the scale says" All i want to know is a way to weigh 110 lbs., healthily and ASAP. Thanks! <3

It sounds like you are frustrated with all the seeming contradictions when one is trying to learn what to do to lose weight. The part about the muscle is you want to develop muscle because muscle burns more calories than fat does.
This means that in the long run a bit of muscle gain will make losing the rest of the fat easier because your metabolism will have increased. I am losing weight and I do some kind of stretching exercises first think in the am and a fuller(longer)
set of exercises by mid afternoon.

I would suggest you keep your exercise and maybe add some variety to it and to keep a food journal and make up an eating plan.
this way you can look up the calories and know more accurately how many cals. you are actually ingesting. We usually eat a bit more than we think we do and just being totally honest about every bite can induce you to choose better food and snack less or never. I would also suggest taking a multi vitamin just to be safe.

You have to eat fewer calories than you burn. Losing more than two pounds a week would be a problem from a health point of view. Your plan sounds good. Make sure you keep a balance. A good plan might be to start with about 1,300 calories a day and adjust if you are losing too much or too little. Some people dont lose at first, it takes a week or so, so don't get on the scale for a week so your body has time to adjust and you dont get yourself frustrated.

Humm. You sound like a cute little porker. I don't think you should worry about a few extra pounds. You might get ill and need the weight! Eat, drink and be merry! If you must get thinner, cut your calories to an honest 2000 per day. You can live with that and if you work out as you say, you will lost the weight in a couple of months.

You can try this diet I'm going to do it's a tablespoon of maple syrup a teaspoon of cayenn pepper 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and then distilled water I heard it reall works really good. Beyonce used it to lose weight for her movie Dream Girls you don't have to exercise or nothing because you're not consuming any carbs and that's what you have to drink until you're happy with your weight but not for a long time but I suggest you ask a doctor if it's safe for you to do this diet. I hope I helped! :-)

Oh and you'll lose the pounds in the matter of weeks.

Try the website below. I've used it and reccommended it to others with success. It can tell you how many calories to eat per day to lose one or two pounds per week. Warning: if you eat too little, your metabolism will slow and you won't lose weight. 1000 calories is probably pushing it.

You've got a chip on your shoulder and you want a definite answer to a complicated question. You're asking for something that doesn't exist.
