Growth doesn't necessarily come with puberty. There is some growth, in that the muscles start to grow a bit, and obviously there are the secondary sex characteristics like pubic hair and voice changes, but height can come later. I know a lot of guys who didn't start to really grow and fill out until much later. I know one guy who was small-framed and very short when we graduated from high school, and when I saw him the following fall at college, he'd grown about 6 inches and put on about 40 lbs.
I know it's frustrating to feel like you're growing up but still have a boyish body, but please try not to worry about it. Nature has its own agenda, and you will grow when the time is right.
Be well :)

Kids have different stages in growing up. Some will have their growth spurt at age 14, others at 15, others at 16! If I were you, I will continue eating healthy, and try to drink suppluments and vitamins and minerals to aid your growth. another thing, try to consider genes. Are all your relatives tall? or are the others short? Just live it up for the moment.

It's all in the gene's, my boys did the same thing, one was growing and starting to have moustache at 13 and the other one screamed hell and high water when he was 13 and said he's the shortest one in his class and he'll be short for the rest of his life. Well, he is taller then his brother.

Everyone matures at a different pace. You may keep growing long after your brother stopped. You have a lot of years of growth ahead of you. Its only a problem if you dont grow at all over a long period of time.
