If you mean muscle weak, you'll want to build muscle slowly. Do weight machines at a weight that stresses your muscles but not to the point of exhaustion. You also need to strengthen your heart so do a good amount of cardio, running is good but if you can't do that, try walking or doing an elliptical, if one is available. I think you need to go to the gym and just work out your muscles, your heart, and your flexibility and that will help your muscles strengthen. As you go along, you'll find it more comfortable to add weight to your regimen.

I have to wonder why a young man is so weak. It's a slow process, but start with a positive attitude. Eat 3 meals a day plus healthy snacks. Drink your milk. Take a multi-vitamin for men according to direction. Get up and get out in the sunshine every day and walk as far as you are able and increase that distance. Your have to push yourself, but not too much. If you hurt, don't give up. If you are tired, don't give up. If you don't feel like it, don't give up. Make sure you drink a lot of water. Little by little you will build yourself up. You can also do a few exercises--stretching, a few sit ups, a few squats while holding on to a chair, leg lifts holding on to a chair. Good luck and don't give up. Any activity that you can think of that you think you can do is good, but you've got to move.

You have to give more details.

Are you getting air and exercise? Do you get sleep? Are you exposed to chemicals or stress? Are you eating properly?
Try eating oranges and green leafy vegetables and see if that helps a little. If you don't feel a little better it means something is wrong.

You should try to see a doctor again and have blood tests done. You might have a virus, a bacterial infection of some kind.

Check out what you're eating, take a multi vitamin tablet, get yourself checked out from a doctor, you might be lacking iron.
Are you a vegetarian, no meat, dairy? Then you must supplement your diet with protein, lentils, beans. You can buy protein powder at GNC, ask them for soya powder as it contains no dairy. Mix it with water and a banana and have it with your breakfast.Try eating beets, cook them and peel them, they taste a bit earthy but they are the best liver cleanse, you can shred them raw and mix them with shredded carrott and apple, add a bit of olive oil, throw in some almonds and you have a great de-toxifying dish. Just remember if you eat beets, your pee will be red, so don't worry. Make sure you don't stain your counter.

Perhaps what you're taking is the cause. Some medicines are known to weaken the body. You could also have issues with drug interactions -- where mixing two or more medicines makes things worse.

Best bet - talk to your doctor.
