There are much better ways than touching someone's face. In a mom creepy way- learn about thier face and skin concerns. Pretend to be interested and fo skin care browsing or start a convo and act like a friend.
List some (fake) this about your face to get them to open up. Listen and take notes. Buy bad products for them and mix it in to thier face cream.

Easy things i can think of off the top of my head (you want greasy pore clogging ingredients)

The crisco/canola oil moisturizer.
1.)thier moisturizer
2.) get a heaping amount of the crisco but not enough to draw attention
3.) a few teaspons of canola oil
4.)water- light perfume optional if smell is very drastically altered.
Combine moistirixer, crisco, oil and water in bowl. Stir until smooth and return to the original container. Keep in mind that some people will notice if it seems lighter or heavier

Clean up ALL evidence.

Rumour has it, by feeding them chocolate or stop having sex with them.

Seriously, acne is a hormone-related condition. At puberty, your body begins producing oils. sometimes these clog in the pores. The clogged pores become infected...

This is why good strong washing, especially with something that can dissolve skin oil - can help relieve acne - a bit.

There's not an awful lot you can do to cause it.

Through genetics but i don't know why anyone would want to give someone acne....but oh well.....you can give them it by not washing your face and touching it then touching their face and just haveing any contact with grease that is unhealthy like that.

No. It is overactive sebaceous glands influenced by hormones and genetics. Ugly thoughts are not good for you. Think of how you can make just one person's day brighter. The payback is tremendous.

Acne is not contagious... You can't give acne to someone!

That's impossible.

Acne is not a contagious disease. It's a skin condition you develop and have yourself.
