i lift weights and run but still cant get rid of my gut, and still work out and im strong and cut but still got a gut, i used to be fat so can i get rid of it, naturally?

They call it a beer belly for a reason. Working out is all fine and good, but you need to take care of your diet as well.

Empty carbs and refined sugars go straight to your waistline.

You should avoid foods, such as baked good, that are made with processed white flour (cookies, crackers, pastries, etc), as well as white rice, white pasta, white bread, etc. Focus on whole grains.

Also, try to cut back on sugars. You should NEVER drink soda! It's evil!

Finally, cut back a bit on the alcohol.

Try to walk on the treadmill at a steep incline and for a long period of time like 45mins to an hour. Youll start sweating and wont put stress on your body allowing fat to be burned.Even if you run and workout 4 times a week sometimes some fat just stays on your body. try maybe cutting out sugars from your diet as well

Before you consume your food,have a glass of water - 2 if you're a big man - and then you'll eat less.Your stomach will shrink ( and gut size too) ,just give some time.
Generally,eat less then usual. Been there,done that !
Went down 15 lbs this way. Easy does it.All you need is patience.

um try sit ups or crunches do like 2 sets of ten one day 3 sets of 15 the next ect. it works
