I am always feeling so tired lately although i go to be by 10 (at least most week nights and lie in at weekends) i eat relatively healthy. People even make coments about my eyes being so tired evenwhen i have had 11 hours sleep!! What food can help relief my tiredness and give me back the bounce of a 23 year old!!?

im nt hvng tht much chins,,, i thinks its bcos of my exercise,, bt i tried by stopping my regular exercise also, bt it didnt effect on my chins... in between i used to gt gud chins, bt its only for a day or 2... if u people hv any xperience tips thn plzz help....

I want to wake up at 6am...
I normally go to bed at 11pm and wake at 8am, is this normal?
I always think that a day, 24hrs is not enough for me, so i just want to make myself wake up early n do more things...
U know...wake up early is v hard.....

I took a tablet this morning then just over an hour and a half later I was sick (quite alot), so would the tablet have had enough time to get into my system? I am worrying now, because the doctor has said in the past if that happens NOT to take another tablet, but I'm worrying that I threw it back up.

I'm sick. I have either strep throat or some other bacterial infection in my tonsils. I know I need them. In the past I have gone to the Dr. and paid over $100 just for the visit, $20 for a strep test (which usually comes back inconclusive), and paid for the meds. I have no insurance. I don't mind buying the medicine I need but paying a doctor's office that much to simply write a prescription seems like a huge waste of money.

help ! i know you dont have to go for a smear until your 25 due to recent changes, but a number of people ive spoke to had smear tests when they were 21 and the drs found abnormal cells.(cancerous had to be lasered) i would prefer to have a test done now to make sure everything was normal as if i wait till im 25 i could of had the abnormal cells for 4 years plus ! am i being paranoid or as they say better safe than sorry!

They are saying that their precum is usually white, but their ejaculate is always clear and so thin, he described it as a little thicker than water. I'm worried that he may be infertile. This other guy said that his is usually kind of thin and light yellow...but I guess that's not so abnormal. He also says this has been happening every time he's ejaculated whilst masturbating, (being transparent and thin) and the only time he ever sees normal *quote unquote* looking semen is when he has wet dreams.
