No it is not bad. In fact a grown up male should take a minimum of 3 litres of water or other fluids per day. It can be more than this but not less. read -
How much water do you need?
Every day you lose water through your breath, perspiration, urine and bowel movements. For your body to function properly, you must replenish its water supply by consuming beverages and foods that contain water.
A couple of approaches attempt to approximate water needs for the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate.
Replacement approach. The average urine output for adults is 1.5 liters a day. You lose close to an additional liter of water a day through breathing, sweating and bowel movements. Food usually accounts for 20 percent of your total fluid intake, so if you consume 2 liters of water or other beverages a day (a little more than 8 cups) along with your normal diet, you will typically replace the lost fluids.
Dietary recommendations. The Institute of Medicine advises that men consume roughly 3.0 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day and women consume 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day-.

No, it's the best thing you could do for them. Not just your kidneys and liver either, but for your body as a whole.
Water is necessary for your body to digest and absorb vitamins and nutrients. It also detoxifies the liver and kidneys, and carries away waste from the body. And when it comes to digestion . . . it's just not happening without water. Fibre alone cannot aid proper digestive function by itself. In fact, without water as its partner, good fibre goes bad, causing constipation and extreme discomfort.
Keep it up!

r you joking! no thats good,
It is recommended that you drink between 6-8 glasses of water every day. The World Health Organisation states that the absolute minimum is dependent on the climate, diet and activity level of each individual, but recommend at least an intake of 2.5 and 2.2 litres for men and women respectively.

Water Menu For Weight Loss
Many of us know that keeping our bodies well hydrated is essential for good health and for weight loss. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water every day is recommended and yet many people find this difficult to do.
If you are one of the many people who find it difficult to drink water, here is a program easily followed to ensure you are well hydrated every single day.
When you wake up you will often be thirsty because your body loses water while you are sleeping through breathing and perspiration. Drink a large glass of water with a slice of lemon for zing.
Drink another glass of water with breakfast or a cup of herbal tea before setting off the day.
Mid morning - snack on a piece of juicy fruit such as orange, rockmelon, watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew. Have a glass of water and perhaps try a dash of herbal aloe juice which is wonderfully soothing to the digestive system.
Lunch - think of soup or have a glass of water before your meal, or perhaps a herbal tea.
Mid afternoon - While you are preparing your evening meal, drink a glass of water and snack on some crunchy fresh vegetables.
Evening - Sip a glass of water before your meal with a dash of your favourite fruit juice for flavour.
After dinner - before bedtime drink your final glass of water and sleep well!
Now here's the really exciting part - you may notice a reduction in inches and centimetres, as you body's water store become redundant and so decrease. You may need to 'spend a penny' more but the results will be worth it.

Nope it's absolutely fine. Will help you clear toxins from your body faster, will ensure that you're not dehydrated etc...
The only downside is that it probably makes you need to pee more!
And despite what people say, tea and coffee DO count towards your fluid intake for the day. Everyone gets het up about the fact that caffiene is a diuretic (makes you pee more) but the facts are that you get far more fluid from a cup of coffee or tea than you lose from the diuretic effect!

It's good to drink water and everyone should. But if you have suddenly felt the need to drink lots of water because you are thirstier than you used to be and you have also lost a lot of weight all of a sudden you should maybe go to the doctor for a check-up.

No, thats the amount that they recommend you drink daily to replenish your body. Just ensre that you are going to the toilet properly as if you dont, and you continue to drink water then this may have some effect. Ultimately you should go to the toilet loads at first whilst your body gets used to this, there may be some other symptoms as your body gets used to this change, normally to skin like spots.b\

2 litres or four pints is the required or guide line amount so you are doing good for yourself we presume. If you pee a lot and the stuff you are peeing is white rather than yellow it means either: you are drinking durectics like alcohol or coffee OR you are just drinking too much water.
So if you are p#ssing white pee and not drinking lots of coffee or tea it means you are drinking too much water.

No, that's about the recommended amount.
Now if you were drinking 2 litres of vodka a day, you'd have a problem.
