i smoke about a pack of ciggs a day, and havent had any physical activity for about a month now, all i do is sit down. i stress my self out too much on whatever project im working on, i'll stay up all night and have the strongest coffee i can find, and stay up untill i am finished with it.

after a cigg or at odd moments when im sitting down or stressed out, i will feel a pain that i cant explain in my upper chest, and i've cut down on the smoking. I dont have any insurance or money to see a doctor. I did some research online and found something called: Angina is basically matches with some of what im talking about here. any have any suggestions ( except quiting smoking, cause i know i should and i've tried many times and dont know how.)

and how much would it usually cost to see an ER or have my chest examined?

Once and this was a long time ago when I was about three I had a slight mental disorder .I thought I was a boy because i didn't have any sisters ,just brothers and i hung out with them all the time .My mom tried to set me "straight " but she ended up taking me to the psychiatrist and i don't remember have a problem with it any more .

For as long as I could remember, my vaginal discharge always smells funny. I'm not sure if it is smelly but it doesn't smell that bad to me. It's an unusual prickly smell though. I don't know if anybody besides me smell it, but I was always so worried that somebody will realise that I reek of my vaginal discharge! So for the past year or so I have been wearing panty liners EVERYDAY! And even now, I take care to change it often because the discharge has a really strong smell and I am worried

Is this abnormal ? (to wear them everyday AND\OR vaginal poo that smells funny) I heard it makes your vaginal unhealthy if you wear them everyday because it keeps the moisture from evaporating but I can't stop

I had white pustules-like blister on chin, one area, and then later developed an earache. I saw a nurse pract. and she said its not an ear infection. My lymph nodes are swollen, headache, fills like my ears will burst. I developed an increase in pain in ear four days after blister. I have oral herpes, colds sores, on lips. But never chin or this bad. She said it could be herpes or possible shingles??? Also, I was outside and she thought it could be poison ivy? I just feel like the earache is getting worse and I can't sleep. My jaw hurts as well. I recently had my nose pierced, but that is been over a week ago. I thought maybe it was taking recent baths since I have a tendency to get swimmer's ear, but no fluid in ear, etc. Just want the pain to stop and no help from doc? Any ideas...
