Hi! Everyone!! I am 15 years old and my weight is 49kg. How can i get six pack?? what exercise is the faster way to burn fat and get six pack?? =X Can anyone tell me please!!

you seem like you're light for you age, and not overweight if i'm correct that 49kg is about 100lbs. but crunches are always good, here are some other excercises that work:

there is a machine that you can buy but it works just as well w/ a bar w/ two 5kg weights on the ends. sit on your knees w/ the bar in front of you and grab the handles and roll forward until you are almost flat and your arms extended. and roll back w/ the bar to your knees... then repeat. you can't really do too many of these but they really hurt the next day.

also, lie on your belly like you are starting to do a push-up. get up in a push-up position except of being on your hands go on your elbows and hold that position. your back and butt should be flat and the only things touching the ground should be your elbows and your toes. hold that for like 30 seconds at a time. you really feel that the next day too. these really work well. hope this helps.

Do some kind of cardio, like jogging or cycling or roller blading, at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes (but the more the better). This will help burn the layer of flat covering your muscles (because we all have a six pack underneath). Do crunches 3 - 7 times a week. Normal crunches, side crunches (opposite elbow to opposite knee), and bicycle crunches (moving your feet in a "pedaling" motion while laying flat on your back). This will help enlarge those muscles - and therefore help them to show through more. Eating healthier, more often, and in smaller portions helps too. Protein helps with building muscle. Good luck! Some people work on getting a six pack FOREVER and don't succeed!

six packs are made in the kitchen not in the gym.. EAT HEALTHY AND Do cardio 20-30 minutes 3 times a week. Run a treadmill or use a bike

Run/jog everyday.

And do crunches/situps everyday. A LOT OF THEM. if you don't do it everyday or if you don't do a lot (100+ a day) YOU WONT SEE ANY RESULTS. it might take at least a week and a half till you start seeing results.

THERE IS NO OTHER WAY, and yeah i think you can still eat some fatty stuff, as long as you eat some fruits and veggies too. Stay away from SODAS/POP

Well the fastest way to get you a six pack is that you got to go to a gym.........
if you have a money to pay for the services at the gym well you could have a fitness trainor that will lead you in having your ever wanted six pack........(",)(",)

THE FASTEST WAY IS THIS: get some money and go to your nearest convenient store and open the cooler and grab your 6 pack pay for it and there you go bata boom!

WELL FIRST OF ALL YOU ARE TO YOUNG TO DRINK BEER, YOU HAVE SOMEONE BUY IT FOR YOU AND THEN YOU CAN CARRY IT TO YOUR HOME, JUST KIDDING. DO SIT UPS AND PUSH UPS, AND MORE SIT UPS, WHEN YOU DO SIT UPS GO TO THE RIGHT THEN ALTERNATE, TO THE RIGHT THEN TO THE LEFT, CRUNCHES ARE BETTER, YOU DON'T GO ALL THE WAY UP.
