An agitated mind cannot focus, can it?
So let’s first find way to let off some steam of that pressure cooker called your mind.
With that emotional stress that you bring to the study table, how can even bring your mental energies to focus on the book in front when all your energies are trying to grapple with the issues at hand.
Your best bet would be to surrender to the divine, ask for assistance, both in studies and life. Now that you too how much focus in studies as in life, know that it is equally important to find inner acceptance to who you are and your inner predicaments will sort themselves out.
If you can’t switch that story off then accept it, just the way it is for at least that duration and then bring all your energies to the book in front of you.
Just let them go for while, and then increase the letting go period by an hour or fifteen minutes at a time. Tell the situation I will address you after a while. Meanwhile ask God to take care of it for while, trust that He can do it for you, and show you the right path ahead, make him an ally as He really is.
Short meditation on the goddess of Knowledge or your close personal deity can also help. Plus a slow breathing exercise would help you release excess emotions that are running in your head.
You are trying too hard to resolve them emotionally and mentally, thereby draining all your precious mental energy that could have used for your studies, let God do that for you.

Concentrating for your studies can be assisted by natural means, firstly eating tuna or similar type fish helps, having peppermint as aromatherapy or in candy form also assists. Remember to have frequent breaks when studying and drink water its helps keep you hydrated which is essential for brain function. I believe ginko bilbo will assist available from health food stores but I personally havent tried it.

dear i would reccomend u not to go for tablets.though u suffering from an emotional problem but tablets are not a solution to it.hardships do come in life but be a man to face it.hope u understand.

Though there are such medicines but its better not to use as those may have negative side effect. If you manage to sleep early, getup early, pray to GOD , have morning walk, by the grace of GOD, your problem will be controlled, lessen and stopped (GOD willing).

No tablate can help u. The only way is natural & slowly. U pl do YOGA daily for 30mints.

Do some exercise - take a day off and go hike someplace with a friend.
