Stop thinking that something is wrong. Just try to remember some beautiful experiences in past while lying in your bed. It better if you try reading some good novels, books, etc. Just calm down and stay cool. It may probably help you. Good Night! Sweet Dreams!!!!

Our mind is a an extremely complex file cabinet in which we store all of the information we are given each day. 24/7 365 always trying to make since out of things, people, situations, past, present and future. We need to make since of it; this person place thing, event, anything and everything that we go through, see, hear.....then we categorize it. Next, in a very specific place it is filed away. . It knows that "it" might need to be remembered, referenced one day for whatever reason. A test or guidance, a joke. We're all too painfully aware of this systems glitches, snags and the occasional yet total meltdown. Anyway, that's a lot of information that we need to process and night time is the best time to do it because in bed while actively trying to sleep, eyes closed, there's minimal info is coming in. Its just easier, even while sleeping in our sub conscience. we are filling our little brains out. but, most of this is done subconsciously. Thank goodness because if not for the sub conscience we wouldn't be able to get anything done. Occasionally we come upon something that we cannot make since of, for whatever reason. a million reasons; and sometimes, for what seams to be, no reason at all. So, our brains begin to work overtime, pouring over not just relevant, but the irrelevant. Bit by bit, it is filtered through all that came before. it if need be. And it won't, can't stop. Like the Terminator in it's diligence. in search of understanding and classification. As wondrous as the brain is. and it is. It's not a machine. This can become too much for the sub conscience so it bleeds over into your waking mind and who could sleep with all that going on. Take a pill.

Try a bath, so relaxing, take a book or a magazine with you and read for a while. By the time you get out and into some of your most comfie jammies you will feel like sleeping. Think happy thoughts, last holidays, party, friends.

If you are a Pisces, and you get the 'feeling that something is wrong', you are probably right. Let your mind wander, get in the tub, light a candle, relax and let it come to you.
It could be anxiety, or a premonition. Pisces are known for their psychic abilities. Always trust your instincts.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

I usually can't go to sleep at night cuz my parents room is right next to mine and they are always awake talking .I can't make the words out but I can't help but wondering if they're talking about me or if they found out about all the stuff I'm doing behind their back .

We're in the same time zone and we both have insomnia -- how similar we are. Maybe you just aren't very tired? Or maybe you're worried/stressed out. It could be a million things.
