I never eat breakfast unless I did not eat any dinner the night before and wake up starving.
Usually I have to wait about two hours after waking up before I can eat anything or I begin to feel nauseated.
And always if you consider the fact that I do not wake up until 2:30 in the afternoon since I work nights.

Almost never. I got into the habit of eating a healthy, balanced breakfast in high school (mid-1970s!!) and have probably not missed 35 breakfasts in the last 35 years.

Never, unless we've run out of food. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me because it's what keeps me up and going.

Almost every day for the last 25 years, I normally have 6-7 beers before I have lunch and find that this has kept me fit, slim and healthy during this period. In fact I eat very small meals and consider myself living proof that beer is healthy, and it also has no effect on my balance or social life.
So there!!!!
