Fruit is excellent. Try to eat what is in season. Apples are best in the morning . I can not give the calories contained in them or nutrient value but you can check by searching google

Eat as many fruit as yu can. Normally banana and Mango are avoided during a diet. Do not know any nutritive values but Mango and BAnana also have the most nutrients.
I suggest u do not worry too much about nutrition. Just concentrate on reducing weight.

If you are on a temporary low carb diet, you will want to stay away from fruits because they are high in carbohydrates. If you are eating to be healthier and lose weight in the process, I think fruit are necessary in your diet. They are nutritionally good for you and provide the needed fiber in your diet. Apples are great to keep in your diet because of high fiber and nutrition. Kiwis are loaded with vitamin C. Bananas are very high carb, and although high in potassium, you may want to limit these.

apples and pears are the best fruits to eat as eating them will prevent weight gain and they work your bowel movements...
if you crave a banana, only eat one banana a day as one banana contains about 90-95 calories.

Depends what fruits. When I was doing Weighless, I couldn't eat bananas or grapes. They are rich in sugar and better be avoided when dieting.

lol. yes fruits are very good for you. remember the saying eat your fruits and veggies? that isn't said for the fun of it. eat as much as you want, of the fruit. good luck.
