Hey going for tablets or pills is the last option. Try to calm down. Just remember some good experiences you had in past. You can even turn on some light music and read some good novels, magazines, etc. This may help you.

The very reason that you have an excess of emotional stress in your life might indicate that you are a very active inner as well as intuitive life.

So what you can do is to follow your intuitive very closely that would ensure that you don’t get trapped in emotionally draining or agitating situations, as when you do things your intuition doesn't really want you to do, like not speaking when you are screaming within to.

Intuitive personalities have this extra burden of following it as well; you might take it as a responsibility as well, to follow your heart. Try simple slow breathing when ever you see yourself getting uneven waves of emotions, and immediately listen to what your heart wants you to say or do, best would ask your inner self to take over the situation and guide you through it. It will always does so as that is what it is trying to show you, through an increased mental as well as emotional agitation, it is just an agitated inner self.

As an added help try learning some special grounding exercises like imagining you have roots that go to the core of the Earth each time you start feeling too ungrounded or volatile emotional, may be you are getting too much intuitive that you are not able or willing to receive or process.

These tips would keep your emotional body from reaching its burnout point where you explode emotional, physically or even mentally, as it would regularly ground your excess emotional and mental energy back to the core of the earth, where it can be easily processed or transmuted into love energy and sent back to you, as only a Mother can.

Surrender to the flow of guidance to you, receive it with gratitude and humility as it is only for your own good and also for others, learn to stand up for own inner self and its voice.

Guidance is a blessing not a curse.
