Yes I have.I was to several of them actually. And also to psychotherapists.I act all the time as if it's only me feeling the room no matter if I am speaking to my parents, friends whatever.I somehow seem unable to make people, events, thoghts, experiences change me.I am a narcissic.I undergo therapy:psychanalyse backed up by meds.I had 4 different med periods over the last four years.I cannot have excahnges with the outside world. Now I have abandoned any activity and stay at home .I see no hope for a better mind for me

I go to a psychiatrist every 6 weeks. I'm bipolar. My parents thought I was just depressed. I even made a plan at the age of 17 on how I was going to kill myself and my mom found it. turns out making a "plan" is very common w/depressed people. I had no idea. people never would have known. I was such a perky girl. With all the other behaviors I displayed, my doc came to the conclusion that I'm bipolar. Anxiety is another big problem too. So don't feel bad. You're not alone.
