im nt hvng tht much chins,,, i thinks its bcos of my exercise,, bt i tried by stopping my regular exercise also, bt it didnt effect on my chins... in between i used to gt gud chins, bt its only for a day or 2... if u people hv any xperience tips thn plzz help....

2. do head/neck lifts with weights.
3. Ensure your bodyfluid is stable, diuretics may help.
4. reduce your bodyfat level.
