eat less fibre and keep up your water inake. i take a source twice daily and i'm fine. i have something with fibre in it for breakfast and something for after lunch, with plenty of water in between. it's a sensible routine. think of what you're putting in your stomach, it's bound to be reacting if you'e eating too much. ask your doctor, to book you an appointment with a health nutrisianist or dietition.

You will not go on running forever, it is bound to stop sooner or later. Meanwhile take a lot of a re-hydrating fluid. You can prepare some by dissolving one table spoonful of sugar and half that of salt in a half litre of bolied water. Allow to cool and drink a cup full every now and then. If the running tommy continues after a few hours, the doctor may be your best bet, as you most likely may have carried some bacterial infection along with your favourite fruit. Good luck!

Too much fibre is better for you than not enough! It's more likely that you've eaten something that disagrees with you than you've overdosed on fibre! But don't worry about it, it will pass!! So will the gas and the bloat! These could be a sign that your body is disposing of things that have been hanging around too long, more likely you've eaten fruit that was on the turn!
Oh and drink plenty of water! This helps to move things through!

u can have too much of a good thing, u know !!! i'd cut back on the fibre if i were u. u are bloated because of all the gasses the fibrous foods are giving off as they are broken down by your digestive system. try eating a few mints, they will help with wind, and really, just don't go too far from a bathroom until you're back to normal.

I think it is a good idea to drink a lot of fluids in such a situation - or all the toilet trips may dehydrate you - I think fibre has the habit of doing that anyway - otherwise it is fine and you may find that as your body gets used to a different diet that you become less prone to all this toilet activity!
