go have a food intolerance test done. you may find that you actually eating the wrong types of food, and thats whats making you feel so drained and lethargic. i was feeling like that a few months ago and it drove me insane, as i "thought" i ate correctly, went to gym, and am fairly healthy. went for the test and it showed that i had a sensitivity towards lactose and wheat. ive since cut those out of my diet and it most certainly has made a huge difference in my energy levels as my body was struggling to digest those food items.

and my skin has actually improved too. i know thats not relevant, but there you go...

A few suggestions.....Always make sure you have your 5 fruit and veg a day. If you might be lacking in Iron Broccolli is very good for topping that up. Pumpking and Sunflower seeds can be good for propping up your system as well. Drink plenty of water to flush toxins out as that can make you feel tired too. If you are still feeling really tired it might be worth getting a blood test at the docs to check everything out.

eat lots of fruit and veg.. you might also want to try and go to bed later and get less sleep. Sometimes having more sleep makes you feel more tired (trust me I know!!)

Get up early and give yourself an hour before you have to set off for work. Have a good breakfast and a shower and it'll make you feel less tired.

Maybe start doing some exercise too like walking or something, sounds lame but thats what I've been told!

get checked out for diabetes. My sister was the same as you and was really suffering until the doctor did a blood and urine test on her and found she had diabetes. She only has to take oral medication and watch what she easts a little but is 1000% better now.

blueberries

pom juice

fresh juicing with fruits and veggies: red or green apples, carrots, really any fruits and veggies you like. But don't but bananas in the juicer.

Pear and green apple is super refreshing.
